This dashboard delivers consolidated portfolio-level visibility for a dedicated cutoff date, enabling you to track KPIs, attribute strategy, and manage exposure across loans, products, and time—all in one place.

• Note: For historical KPI analysis, the system only preserves KPI values at the start or end of each month, allowing for precise month-over-month historical comparisons.

It includes:

• Executive Summary: Presents current weighted KPIs compared to previous month changes, 6-month averages, and YTD trends.
• QTD IRR, Last Q IRR, and YoY Q IRR
• IRR Over Time Segmentation by Product: Historical IRR trends broken down by loan product category
• Portfolio Performance Over Time: Tracks average IRR, TVPI, and DPI metrics over time to monitor cash-flow timing and capital efficiency

Available Filters

• Cut-off Date – Set the snapshot date for point-in-time analysis
• Weighted By – Choose your weighted average calculation method: outstanding balance, commitment, or disbursement
